1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Dual Frame Camera, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. License Grant
Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dual Frame Camera solely for personal or internal commercial content creation purposes on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, resell, or lease the app.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code.
- You may not use the app for illegal, abusive, infringing, harmful, or deceptive activities.
- You may not interfere with subscription logic, entitlement validation, or premium access systems.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Certain premium features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellation, refund eligibility, and payment processing are managed by Apple App Store.
Subscription access may be validated through authorized third-party systems such as RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Pricing may vary by country, taxes, promotions, or local store rules.
5. Intellectual Property
The application, interface, branding, software logic, design systems, recording workflows, and all related intellectual property are owned by Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the videos, recordings, and content you create using the app. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis for any content you record, process, save, or distribute.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of recordings, data, revenue, goodwill, or device-related issues.
9. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate this Agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the app or premium features where abuse, fraud, policy violations, or unlawful activity is detected.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
