1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Dual Frame Camera, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app or related services.
2. About the Service
Dual Frame Camera is a mobile application designed to help users record, manage, and export video content in multiple formats. Certain features may be available for free, while others may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms. You may not use the service:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- To infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
- To upload, create, record, or distribute content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- To interfere with the security, stability, operation, or integrity of the app or related systems.
4. User Content and Responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you create using Dual Frame Camera. However, you are solely responsible for the content you record, process, save, export, or share, including ensuring that you have all necessary permissions, licenses, rights, and consents.
We do not monitor all user activity or content, but we reserve the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate action where necessary.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing
Some features of Dual Frame Camera may require payment. In-app purchases and subscriptions are offered through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s billing terms and policies.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
- All billing, renewal, and refund processes are handled by Apple, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Access to premium features may depend on successful purchase validation and active entitlement status.
We may use authorized service providers, including RevenueCat, to help manage subscription status, entitlement logic, and purchase validation.
6. Privacy
Your use of Dual Frame Camera is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The service, including its software, design, branding, user interface, functionality, graphics, text, and other content made available by us, is owned by or licensed to Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş. and is protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.
8. Third-Party Services and Platforms
The service may rely on or interoperate with third-party platforms, app stores, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, subscription infrastructure providers, and device operating systems. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, products, or policies that are outside our control.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Termination

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dual Frame Camera is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, recordings, data, or device content, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective version made available through the service or our website. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
